MelbAgents is a free matching service that connects Melbourne home buyers, sellers and investors with qualified local mortgage brokers, conveyancers and real estate agents. Our service is provided at no cost to consumers.

While we take care to match you with suitable professionals, MelbAgents does not guarantee any particular outcome including sale price, purchase price, loan approval, settlement timeline or transaction result. The performance of any professional we introduce is their own responsibility.

3. Independent professionals

The professionals in our network are independent contractors and are not employees or representatives of MelbAgents. Any agreements you enter into with a professional are between you and them directly. MelbAgents is not a party to any property transaction or financial product.

4. How we are compensated

MelbAgents receives a referral fee from professionals upon the successful settlement of a transaction or completion of a referred service. This fee is paid by the professional and does not affect the cost of our service to you.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our service. Providing false or misleading information may result in an unsuitable match.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MelbAgents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
