How we are paid

No subscription, no upfront fees, no monthly minimum. You pay a referral fee only on successful settlement or completion. Indicative rates below.

MelbAgents is a free matching service connecting Melbourne home buyers, sellers and investors with qualified local mortgage brokers, conveyancers and real estate agents.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee any particular outcome. The performance of any professional we introduce is their own responsibility.

3. Independent professionals

Professionals in our network are independent contractors. Any agreements you enter into with them are between you and them directly.

4. How we are paid

We receive a referral fee from professionals upon successful settlement or completion. This does not affect the cost of our service to you.
